I guess it depends on where you're from.
People tend to act like each other.
I'm on the IL side of St. Louis. There are many towns here that go from getto...to trailor park trash. So it doesn't matter the skin color...but the guys either act like they're hard gangsters...or they are hicks. Take your pick.
