i have done everything i can think of to install it, but it does not have a windows signature on the driver disk and will not let me fully install it. I tried the add new hardware option but everytime i try to use the webcam it says that it is not conected? can anyone help. or did I buy junk, lol?

ok, there is some stuff you need to know before
what brand/model is it ?
if it is USB camera, make sure if you need USB 2.0 or if you have it already
when you find the brand/model type it into yahoo search engine
