What would be a good way to get smooth skin ? Without breaking your pockets.

i have really soft skin and if you take a bath and scrub your skin like exfoliate every inch of your body then when you get out put cocoa butter on it makes your skin really soft and its cheap

Don't overly wash your skin.
Your body creates those oils to keep skin soft and supple.
Try to find cleansers with milk products rather than the foaming ones. The milk ones are less harsh on your skin.
Always to remember to put on moisterizer and lotion right after getting out of the shower or bath. This will lock in your skin's moisture.

try using moisturizing lotions and staying out in the sun for long periods of time

dont over use make up. wash your face & get unscented lotion to apply to it
