If it were on our soil (USA), we probably wouldn't need to initiate a draft, but it would be done in a state of emergency. Why can't pressure be put on the Iraqi's to establish their own military with the assistance of military equipment instead of American and other countrie's blood?
Is it possible they aren't as interested in "Liberty" as we see it?

The world is full of ruthless people including our own CIA (who trained most of these ruthless people). They were fighting long before we got there and will be fighting long after we leave, so let's let them help themselves.
