If he broke their laws - why shouldn't he be punished?

Its horrible but it may happen. They will probably make an example out of him. if not its giving the okay for anyone to come over and capture fugitives. I understand its jacked up, but I dont understand what they were thinking by doing that. The whole point is to uphold justice right? By breaking the law? there has to be boundries

Not me.I'm not saying what he did was wrong,but it was illegal.If you're going to break a country's laws,you ought to be ready to pay for it.
So he needs to be a man about it,and do what he needs to do.

Well, he did break Mexican law. I'd feel bad for him but I wouldn't be mad. He'll have no regrets. Too bad they can't take his annoying wife instead.

I will be pis*ed, he is just trying to help...no one wants him to serve time...it will turn into violence...even in Mexico it will be bad...the people he helped by catching that guy are so greatful...I will be angry!!!
