Hey I want to customise a t-shirt I have, sometimes store bought printed t-shirts especially the glittery ones have been transferred in some sort of rubber or gel process? As to get a shiny image? I was just wondering if you can do this yourself?
Thanks!

The transfer paper is great to put an image on a T-Shirt. You just make up your image on the computer, flip it horizontally (so it looks like a mirror image on the computer) and then print off using a laser printer.

Alternatively, you can get the glitter paints from WHSmith (Easons in ROI) or any art store. There are some great paints out there for this sort of thing. I like the ones where after you paint them on, you use a hairdryer and the paint puffs up on the T-Shirt.

Experiment and see how it works out. Good luck!

you can get transfer paper where basically you print the image from your computer and then you iron it on to the T-Shirt. not tried it myself but a lot of people do. You can get the paper at Staples.
