Is this guy for real? Does Florida need to send him back to his cab-driving job in the Bronx, where he came from? Is it scary to realize he was elected (Maybe, who knows? This is Florida, after all, which, in league with the corrupt U.S. Supreme Court, stole the 2000 election from Al Gore) by voters who are supposed to have at least half a brain?

Yes, he is for real. And you will soon be able to get more laughs when they put him on his own tv. show. I am greatful though that he agreed to send Anna back to the Bahamas to be buried with her son.

The judge is totally corrupted on my opinion. Everyone seems to have mist the real point, the damage of his delay caused on Ana Nicole Smith's body. Florida could not determine the cause of her death, but it doesn't mean doctors of others states can't. His action is much more serious than the circus and crocodile tears we saw on TV. He, the judge, collaborate to difficult the work of a possible future request of autopsy, and left her body on the care of "doctors" that could not find the cause of her death's. Which is very suspicious to me.The second thing he did wrong, was to rule outside of his jurisdiction, by anticipating what it will be the process of her case. He helped Howard K. Stern have a better sense of what it will be the real process, therefore, providing directions and precautions to take for the future process. Third, in order for the hearing being transmitted by the press, he made a deal with Howard K. Stern of not to allow any accusations about him being responsible for her death.
This judge suppose to be behind bars, he is helping to cover up her death.

nevertheless, he made the main suitable determination. Ms. Smith is being buried precisely the place she must be. i do no longer in all hazard think of he's a foul decide. He could be slightly excentric, yet look on the completed weird and wonderful tale of Anna Nicole. So incredibly, it suits.

He's just eccentric & has a different style. Some of the attorneys who are news correspondents say they've tried cases in front of him & he's always been the same but that he does a good job.

I thought I was watching a TV comedy show but it turned out to be real. Give this guy his own show, he's hilarious. Move over Judge Judy this guy is so much more entertaining.
