If she had life insurance.....The insurance company could request an independant exame before paying out the policy.....but my guess is she died of an overdose like her son and it's just covered up.

They already know the cause of death, they just haven't released the findings to the press because they claim not to have gotten results from out of state labs . This may be true but they are pretty darn sure what caused her death & they'll release the findings when they are ready. If they want another autopsy it would have to be paid for by the family and since the body has now been embalmed & released for burial, that seems unlikely.

Because she died in Florida, they have all the rights. THey know what the results are, they just aren't telling them yet. They are only in court now to determine where and who gets the body. I am glad they decided yesterday to send her back to the Bahamas. to be buried with her son. I think now they will work on the cause of death. Or maybe who gets the baby. They have to do this step by step.

At the time of the autopsy, they ruled out any physical trauma and are now doing toxicology testing and we are awaiting the results. This is not like CSI when you have results in 2 hrs.

Who said they could not determine the cause? These things take some time. Be patient. It will come out.

you do not "accidently" take too many prescribed drugs, extraordinarily at the same time as the appropriate quantity is on each bottle. No, it became OD, notwithstanding it became no coincidence. She did it or someone did it to her.
