Question about premenapause and menapause?

Hi all i just want to know i have been feel really shaking inside and shaky hands and at night i wake up sleep wkae also i sometimes feel like crying and my period came early than usual i always get it every 38 days this time i get it jan 8 and again on feb 8 sometimes when im sleep i feel hot also i snap at everything and im always in a hurry could this ne premenapause please if anyone is a gyn dr please let me know if someone has the same thing let me know

hey go to this site www.webmd.com and put down your symptoms there and it will let you know. but i don't think its premenopause though
