No! Not at all. It's to help you see...you don't want the people you love bumping into walls, do you? Think about it this way: If YOU needed glasses, would your friends and family think you were a geek? PROBABLY NOT. Besides, if ur above 40 it's totally natural. Did you know 80 percent of the population needs glasses? That's like saying 80 percent of everyone in the country is a geek. Glasses DON'T effect your personality, and if you need them and really hate them, you can always get contacts. There's no age limit for contacts...but you should always do what your eyedoctor tells you. Besides, if you have a wide face or broad chin, glasses really bring out your face. Remember: Glasses don't effect your personality, there just a combination of fashion and an aid for your eyes. Remember that!

No glasses aren't for geeks. Only silly people who really don't have much going for them think that. Glasses help the wearer see better and they can also help the person look better (depending on the style). Lots of people prefer to wear glasses because it helps them look more intelligent. There are also some really nice ones out there that helps make a person look more individual.

No, a lot of people like people in glasses. Plus there are some really fashionable glasses out there. Best to take someone along with you who can honestly tell you which one suits you.

no they are not for geeks. just because someone has bad eyes DOES NOT make them a geek and it is a very juvenille opinion. take a look around. glasses are very fashoinable and there are even people who wear the frames with non perscription lenses because they think they look good.

No, glasses are for people who can't see well....they have a lot of very stylish frames out now, I wish they were this nice when I got mine...some "cool" people wear glasses...they aren't just for geeks anymore!!!!

no way! If they're a decent pair that suit you and look good then they can be very cool. I'm a spekky four-eyes but also drop dead gorgeous!
And not wearing glasses when you need them is such a bad look cos you're always squinting trying to see things!
