I wish it was an excuse, buts it not, we truly feel pain, a lottttttttt pain, I wish you guys could just get a glimpse of what we go through so ya'll can stop asking questions like this, all i can say is that when your girlfriend or wife is on it do not bother her, because being on your period somehow makes us stronger to the point where we will beat you down..... but if you be nice to us we will be nice to you.... im completely honest with you, and the symptoms are a lot pain, and sometimes throwing up may occur. The pain all depends on what you eat to, if you eat a lot of fatty foods, you will get more pain than usual, if you eat pretty healthy then it may not hurt you as bad.... bye :o) u get a star!

I will be 100% honest, not its not an excuse at all - i mean yeah i am sure there are a ton of girls who do play it up, come on we know we all have at one point, but really the cramping can be excruciating pain for some women, while others dont have any pain - all different women have different signs and symptoms of when its that time of the month, but honestly no its not an excuse, if we wanna be bitchy we just will be =) lol j/k but really think about what we are going thru though, wouldnt that make you a little bit cranky? on top of pain & emotions on a high! yeah it sucks! but its life =)

Women do suffer from PMS as do guys. For woman it's a chemical change before their period. Back ache head ache moodiness and water retention. Think about it, guys get miserable once a month too. You keep a log when you get rotten for a couple of days. That is male PMS.

I get really pissy and emotional a few days before I start. I hate it and I wish there were something I could do to prevent it but you can't and it sucks more for us then those of you who face our wrath...lol

No. I'm by no means a feminist, but I get it. I just get really down and mad right about that time. Once it's over, it's over.

PMS is not made up, we don't need an excuse to be that way.

Are hormones non-existent, of course PMS is real. Be afraid, be very afraid! (ha! ha!) There is nothing you can do about it either!
