If you are meaning saying things such as "like" incorporated into every sentence, then I would suggest taking your time when speaking and be conscious of how many times that word works its way into your sentences. It is a hard habit to break, but we can break habits by becoming more aware of how it interferes with how people see us.
Practice, practice, practice when you are alone so you will feel more confident about leaving your habit in the past.
Good luck! :)

The easiest way to break this habit is to decide what you "will" do instead of what you "won't" do. When we focus on what we don't want, we are picturing exactly what we don't want to do. You are more likely to continue the habit. If instead, you picture what you would like to see yourself doing, you are more apt to create a new "good" habit. For example, I used to say "um" a lot when speaking. Try picturing yourself "not saying um." What do you picture? To get rid of the habit, I pictured myself being silent. The habit went away. Keep in mind, the brain doesn't want to let go of the old habit, so it will take concentration and work. Don't give up on yourself (and ignore the rule "it takes 30 days to create a new habit" it's false. You can start a new habit in a day or take years depending upon how passionate and diligent you are about creating the new habit.) If you're really serious about changing, consider recording your conversations and analyze them at the end of a day. Look for cues or situations where the "habit" pokes up. It will help you be more aware the next time you are in the situation. You can do it!

Like, you know, man, its like, difficult, you know?
You have to actually think about what you say, before you say it; not just ramble off at the mouth. I speak from teenage experience. I broke the habit; I'm sure you can too.

well that is when you need to practice thinking before you speak. and it would help to have a friend or two , help you out when you say or start to say the words they will stop or remind you not to say that or those words. i have a word that i used to say and it wasn't very long ago it was saying right on. i had friends to help me and now i think before i say it or i just don't even say it. and yes occasionally i do, but i remember or get reminded by my friend that i trust . hope that i helped you.

Just say no...no...no...(sorry)
You need to make a conscious effort to think about what you are saying and try to "catch" yourself before "it" gets out again.
