It comes every 28 days, so we know by looking at the calendar, or some of us get cramps and emotional problems right before it comes...

A week before women and girls are edggy, bloated (which does not make anyone feel pretty), breasts are sore, cramps can be painful. They tend to be short tempered due to the edgginess, because your nerves are on end. Otherwise, have fun being around all those girlz...

we know it by making a chart. The average menstrual cycle is 28 days long. However, a cycle can range anywhere from 23 days to 35 days.
meaning the menstration will appear on the 28th day after the 1st day of menstration period.

U just have to be female to know it. Hormonal, chemical changes lead to emotional changes, yelling, negging, etc. As well with lots of physical changes, back pain, abdomianl pain, often joint pain, headache, breast pain, etc. Every female is different, so there for syptoms are different. Imagine U getting symptoms of flu every month, similar to that.

Well I usually get very emotional before...I cry at anything and everything...but its different for every woman....some get really bad attitudes before...Im known for that one too.
