Every time you throw away a piece of paper, pretend that it's a basketball and "shoot" it into the trash can. Or get a NERF basketball and the hoop and practice your form. Or get a YMCA membership or a shovel.

If you can't play anywhere you can always go outside and dribble in your drive way or in your house shoot your basketball up in the air to work on your form. Or like most of the other people said go outside and shovel a drive way or look for someone with a connection to a gym you can get into.

Shovel the court. If you're too lazy, just practice dribbling with your head up. Passing against a wall. Shooting against a certain part of a wall. Etc. Go over plays.
