I've heard the expression alot of times but I don't know what it means! Does anyone know? It would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!

It is the most excruciating pain I have ever had. I was in 2 wrecks and the headaches are horrible and requires therapy every other day if it's really bad. I hope you never experience it.

Is an injury to one or more of the cervical vertebrae that results from sudden jerking of the head. There is pain and swelling. Movement is limited.

Have you ever seen the motion a whip does when you crack it?? Thats what happens to your neck.
