rca s1010a?

This thing is supposed to hold 300 songs, I've filled it up with 100. Obviously I've got the settings wrong and need to compress the files, but I'm a complete idiot. Can someone tell me how to do that?? Thanks!

The easiest way to hold more songs is to completely wipe out out the data. It comes loaded with a lot of garbage.
