3/5 h = -6

*cross multiply you'll get:
3h = -30

*isolate h by dividing it to its coefficient and don't forget the other side. So divide both sides by 3. like this:
3h/3 = -30/3

*so the answer is:
h = -10

(( you can check it by substituting the get value of h ))
3/5 (-10) = -6
-6 = -6

Method #1:

Multiply both sides by 5:
3h=-30

Divide both sides by 3:
h=-10

Check:
3/5(-10)=-6
3(-2)=-6
-6=-6

Method #2:

Multiply both sides by 5/3:
h=-6(5/3)
h=-10

Check:
3/5(-10)=-6
3(-2)=-6
-6=-6

I hope this helps!
