I am completely sorry for you. Without acceptance of who you are , what you've done it will have a negative impact on what your life will be like in the future.
You need to forgive yourself for whatever mistakes you've made in the past ,then you need to work with a competent counsellor or therapist so you don't continue on making the same or similiar mistakes. Almost like the 12 step process alcoholics and drug addicts go through.
You need to control your life but not be so controlling that you leave yourself no options.
I hope you learn to accept yourself , we're all flawed human beings in many ways, but accepting that is your first step in making your life much better and you much happier with yourself.

You can! It just takes time and effort on your part. If I can come to grips with my life anybody can I think. First of all, you must forgive yourself for past mistakes. We are all human and everyone makes mistakes and bad choices in life. The past is gone and there is nothing you can do to change it so let it go. Today is all you should concentrate on. This day should be all that you think about. Get through it the best you can and when tomorrow gets here, deal with it. Allow yourself to be human. Try concentrating on your positive qualities and characteristics. Then work on the things you aren't happy with about yourself. You control your life. Make the most of it!

Don't worry about the past there's nothing you can do about it, the future you can worry about but not do anything about it, unless you want to prepare for it but that happens now. So all you have to consent rate on is the now. so it's less to stress about. the only way you can feel better about yourself and accept yourself is through yourself no one elsee can do that for you. you are a perfect being and no one els is like you, that is a good thing so you can love yourself just for being like no one else
