It's certainly important to sleep more as 8 hours sleep is the normal requirement. However, sometimes you can end up being more tired if you sleep too much. Even if you do have enough sleep, i believe its better to sleep early and so you don't end up waking up very late in the afternoon.
Eating more fruits are also very good for you. I've heard that Mangoes and Watermelon are very good for your skin. With watermelons, you can rub the leftover on the skin on your face and that may help reduce the lines under your eyes. It can also help moisterize skin even if it's not dry. Hope you find this useful.

Go to sleep earlier. Children should get between 8-10 hours of sleep a night for good health.
Apply warm teabags under your eyes for 15-20 minutes then remove and wash your face with warm water. This gets rid of bags and eye circles.
Also, drink lots of fruit and veg to flush your system out and keep your skin fresh also gentle exercise always makes you have fresh skin

"josephine y" is right on. As far as sleep, the "type" of sleep you get is as important as how much or how little you get. If you sleep for 10 hrs, but wake up frequently or toss and turn most of the time, then the quality of the sleep is greatly diminished. If you sleep for 6-7 hours, and you are sound asleep, no tossing/turning/waking up, then that will be equal to getting the suggested amount of sleep.
The best way to tell if your sleep is high-quality or not is by answering a few Q's: How you feel when you wake up...do you feel "refreshed" and wide awake? When you go to bed, are you truly ready to fall asleep? Do you fall asleep quickly? If the answer to these Q's is "yes", then your getting quality sleep. However, if the following is true: Do you feel still tired or groggy? Do you snore loudly when your asleep (snoring is linked to poor sleep)? Does it seem to take you "forever" to fall asleep? then your sleep quality is poor.
The body is better able to replenish itself when its had adequate rest, not only will the lines diminish or disappear, but you will feel happier, be more alert, have more energy, and in general, be healthier.

first and best is at least 8 hours sleep. and not just once... then of course you can let other peoples opinion bully you into buying expensive anti- wrinkling cream or something... I think old people are often beautiful because of the lines in their face, Lady, trust me; if your eyes are not falling out, then you are probably beautiful and the lines under your eyes make you You!!! I advise you to look closely at other peoples faces... all different... all kinds of lines...
