Preparation H is most Definitely a Hemorrhoid cream and I would not recommend it for eye bags. However I would recommend Clientele Lotus Eye Serum which I found fantastic for eye bags. You can buy it at the first site below or read about clientele products on the second site.

Prep. H is for painful Hemmaroids or piles on your bum or up your bum and very painful - this preparation shrinks them so some bright spark decided to try it on the eyebags and now lots of "celebs and models" use it to reduce eye bags. Mind you I work with a girl who has inherited bags and dark circles but if I told her to use Prep.H, I think she would have a fit. Try it. You get it in Boots.

it's for piles!! it works around the eyes because it pulls the skin tight!it's a cream in a tube.
Tattoo artists also use it,I had to smear it all over mine and it kept it in really good condition-stopped the scabbing.can get it from any chemist.
