I had the first interview on Wednesday and they called me back for this afternoon. What can I expect them to ask me? How can I prepare for this? They told me they would only do second interviews if they were deciding between 2 people? What can I say or do to show them I am the right one for the job?

This interview is for the same job that I have right now, it's just in a different county.
On Wednesday, they said I had a good interview and they were impressed with me.

I would do a couple of things.
1) Do a little research on the job so that you can maximize your ability to talk on the subject
2) Analyze your first interview, and criticize yourself. Try to fix the things that you did not do well with, and keep doing the things that you aced
