im just curious to know how long it took you to get a positve test?? and how many tests did you take before you got that positve result?? ANDDDDDD i know i ovulated around the 7th or 8th of feb shouldnt i have an accurate preg test result by now?? im sure i would have already had implantation by now?? what would cause my test to NOT be positve yet?? that is if i am pregnant??? any answer will be great!!! thanks you soo much for your help!!:)

Whenever you stop taking oral contraceptive, it can take up to 3 months for your body to become regulated again, sometimes longer if you were on the pill for a very long period of time. I missed 2 periods in one year whenever I was on the pill, and the first time I ever stopped taking it to get pregnant with my first child, I had a period for a month and half straight. It's just different for different people and from different types of pills. Mention it to your doctor, and she may check your thyroid which can cause them to mess up. I think it's just where you have stopped taking them and your body is regulating itself. If you miss your period for March also I would go see your doctor. I hope this helped you and good luck! do you drink? do you smoke? that can effect your fertility, if you do any of those then you should stop and in a few weeks your fertility should have improved. Also if you have been using the pill recently or the injection? that can effect fertility up t o 2 years. Talk to your doctor, hope this helps x

it took me 21/2 months and from a urine tests all 8 home tests came out negative and 4 urine tests before the 5th one came out negative but i was 2/12 months pregnant. i took a home tests a week after i fund out i was pregnant just so ease my mind... still sid negative but now i have a 71/2 month old son tyson-james
