Nope - I always heard every child is different, and I know they all do different things at different times. My child showed the normal signs of teething around 3 months, yet time went on and on, and still no teeth! She finally got her first two bottom teeth in around 14 months old! So no, you don't need to be concerned. Yes, I know it's hard, and you can't help but wonder about it, but trust me, it will happen!

Some babies do not get there teeth until later. Which is a good thing because they will have better teeth. My son didn't get his until he was 11 weeks old. If you are still concerned contact your family dentest and they can make films to make sure his teeth are in his gums..> Chances are he is a late bloomer don't worry until he is 12 months.

No need to be concerned. Your 7 month old will get teeth when he or she is ready. 2 of mine didn't get their first tooth until after they were 1, and both of them have very healthy teeth, no cavities.

perfectly normal...kids get teeth at many different ages....they don't generally start worrying until they are 18 months and don't have teeth
I have 3 daughters....the oldest did not cut any teeth until after her first birthday and then she got 5 at once....my middle daughter was 7 months old when she started getting teeth...and my youngest was born with her two bottom and then didn't get anymore until after her first birthday as well.
They say the longer they stay under the gum the healthier they are.

All babies are different. My daughter didn't get her first tooth until she was 9 months old. So, don't worry. Your son will get his teeth when they are ready to come in.

No, don't worry the teeth with come when they are ready.
I have never heard of child that never developed "teeth".
Just like everythin else in parenthood
"It will happen when the time is right".
