You are looking for a tree chipper or wood chipper.
You would be best of going to a local shop that sells machinery. They will be able to advise you on the best one for your requirements. They can be very expensive, and will also be able to suggest alternatives such as hiring one.
An example of a wood chipper is the Ardisam Chipper/Shredder CS8. It costs around £840 http://www.cjindustries.co.uk/it310002.html

yes there is various woodworking machinery can do the job why not purchase an electric bench mounted thicknessing machine with a dust collection extractor simply push sticks through machine then all shavings caught inside dust collection bag or a portable planer would do the same job although you would have to sweep the shavings up

As has been said - a Wood Chipper/Tree Shredder.
I suggest you hire one for the day (about £15 - £30), unless you are going to need it regularly.
