Don't think it's Yahoo as such which stores the info.. it's Internet Explorer.

Try this -
Open Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. Then click the Content tab.
Next, choose the AutoComplete button.
Check off Clear Forms and/or Clear Passwords to clear all saved items from the AutoComplete history.
Click OK a couple of times to exit.

To clear individual items from the list of form or password suggestions, click the item in the list of suggestions for that field and then press DELETE.

To clear your AutoComplete history for Web addresses, do this:
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
Click the General tab.
Click Clear History, and then click OK.

I would go to START and click on All Programs, accessories and then...system tools, disk clean up and check the boxes: temporary files & temporary internet files and click on: OK
And, this should delete any search info.....I do this about once a month.....I hope this takes care of your problem!

this only works if you have that thing that remembers what you type. and if you start to type the words it just fills in the rest. well you click on the empty search space and then all your type searches come up. then you hit the delete button [its the one with insert, home, page up and down, and end] and then delete all your searches one by one.

go to the control panel, select internet options, you'll find history in there and get an option to delete.

Use Ccleaner!
http://www.ccleaner.com
It'll clear out loads of other rubbish at the same time and keep your pc running faster.
