I am trying to sneak out a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to ~Ryan~,but yahoo wants to violate me

becuz wishing someone a Happy Birthday isn't a question, thus a violation against their guidelines. I suggest you type:
How can I send a Happy Birthday wish out to my friend, Ryan? If I can then I would say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY RYAN!". Any other suggestions?
There, you said it to him but you did it in asking 3 questions and thus not violating Yahoo Answers guidelines.

You can't wish someone happy b-day on here, that's really lame. Another way the Y!A people are trying to keep us down.
