From where is blood pumped to the lungs?

Through where does the blood leave the heart to go to the rest of the body?

Don't know apex. Blood comes from superior and inferior vena cava to Right atrium. Then right ventricle to pulmonary truck and arteries. From there to lungs. Return from pulmonary veins to left atrium. then left ventricle to be pumped through the aorta to the rest of the body.

The apex is just the kinda bump that sticks out when you look at the heart as a whole. It is composed of the same stuff that the rest of the hear is made of, although if my memory of University is right there are perjinki (spelling of some guys name) cells that help in the timing of the heart beat.
