Excuse me, but the US started IT. India has already taken a large number of our jobs. The Help Desk from India is based upon people with very little IT or Help Desk skills and is much lower quality than what used to be offered in the US.

The only reason that India has taken so many US jobs is the cheap labor cost. India is already starting to lose some of those jobs now to Thailand, because labor there is even cheaper.

Our company (chemicals) is trying to sell to Indian customers. The infrastructure in India is so, so, so, slow. It is so difficult t o get anyone in India to understand how to move and do business efficiently. Until Indians can put it together, they will not have any hope of dealing with western business.
