some of those answers are kinda random/scary.
Anywho, you find it out with a body fat calliper, i believe it is called. Some scales have a body fat % measuring thingy too.
I am about 10.4% last time I checked. Not bad, eh?

In the Navy we used tables to determine people's BF %. Measure their waist, measure their neck. Subtract neck from waist and enter a table with this "circumfernence value". Knowing one's height, the table will yeild that individual's BF %. For men under 39 yo, the max BF was 22%, for women it was 33%. Beyond that you were concidered obsese.
