I want to download Hotbar Emoticons. My pc said it was a PUP. I think that means that it is also adware.?

Someone sent me an email with really cute emoticans. So many different ones that I really loved and would love to be able to use.
When I started to say that I would download it suggested I run a scan of pc it listed this program twice as i should delete and then I canceled. I don't mind some ads if I could also get some interesting and cute emoticans but also don't want to let in a virus

Is anyone familiar with this one enough to know if it is ok or could possiblly suggest another one that is safe for my pc. Thank you so much.
