Some of the mobile telecommuncation companies in Nigeria have been short-changing their subscribers with poor services and charging for incomplete calls. Sometimes, you do not hear what the other person is saying, yet you are charged for the call. So many people are affected and I would want know if a class action is possible in Nigeria and exactly what obtains in other countries with mobile telecommunications.

If you really want to contest it in court you go bring proper proper Naira and if you have enough money for that there is no need to go to court.
