I was using Codecharge Studio,but my trial expired.All i can find is software that deploys a full application with little or no possibility to customize.What software would you recommend?

as already said ASP.NET which comes with Visual Studio 2005 express..
you can download that from

also if you don't want the whole package, you can just download visual web developer 2005 express.
Another good program that i found: Adobe Flex

the only thing about this programs, they are not as easy to use as Codecharge Studio. Codecharge Studio does a lot of work for you. With these programs you are required to know/learn somethng before you will be able to achive the results you want.

HTML will not open databases and access them, HTML is text processor only, but maybe Web Expressions 3 builds this in. Most database access requires a programing language (HTML is not one) to be able to present data from a data source (ASP, PHP, Perl, python, etc).
