Life is a thing which can't be defined properly.In life there are surprises to make one 's life challenging and enthusiastic.

what you mean by "surprise"?
...a thing which is never meet before. is it right?!
then the life is full of surprises. you never meet this day, this
hour, this second before.
if you fully involved in this second.. this moment.. you can understand the surprise.
memory make every thing as known. if you forgot the past and live only for this moment then the life will be surprise.
MEMORY IS NO NEED FOR EVERY THING IN LIFE.
Memory is important only for certain things. memory makes
life sad. it makes old every thing you meet as new.
you answer the old answers for the new questions.
If you forgot your old answers and meet the questions as new then you may meet the surprise.

We are having every seconds of the present becomming the future so we are unable to know what is going to stand in front of us in our life and anything will happen at anytime,so we tell that life is full of surprises.

It is impossible for life not to have surprises because if we were to know what is going to happen and everything were so predictable, who is to say what would happen when we tried to control that which we know is going to happen, in turn making it still full of surprises as to what the outcome of that action would be. So to answer your question I think it just saves us trouble to have it not predictable at all.
