This is true. Someone is always going to be on the bottom. Although, the bottom in America is much higher than the bottom in most other countries. There are also always going to be people who take more than they give. These people are usually at the bottom of the curve. Motivating these people to rise up from the bottom is the challenge.

Are there still people living below the poverty line in europe's socialist democracies? If so, what does that even mean when you have a place to live, free education, and state provided health care of high quality?
In a recent measure of 21 countries, we come in 20th on quality of life for kids, including kids living in poverty. So, not everyone is doing as bad a job as we are distributing the wealth generated by our workers.

Always!! Too many men out there who dont take care of their families. They leave the women and children, to go off and get more women pregnant. If the law would catch these low-lifes, and make them pay, then the poverty level might pick up. Education is another thing that keeps the poverty level where it is. Go to school, learn something, and get a decent paying job.

Being undesirable isn't any reason to be a criminal. in case you undesirable you could concentration on the placement, yet as quickly as a crimal will stay with you continuously. Corruption, homicide and rape are crimes and have not have been given something to do with poverty. The area of severe crime fees shouldn't in any respect have surpassed off and whoever suffered in that area be reliable.

The history of the rich and the poor, will seldom or never change. The poor if motivated can probably live a comfortable life at the most, but unless something lucky(lottery winner) or something unlucky(death inheritance) happens their lives never changes for generations.

Yes, there will always be poor. The only question is will the poor be that way due to their own decisions (capitalism) or government imposed (socialism). I like having a choice.

It's about haves and have nots and that is the way life is, there is no amount of aid, welfare, or handouts that is going to change this.
