What do you think of a car that steered like a segway. Except 4 wheels. Please provide info on manuverability.

What would driving this car be like? And isn't that how the dodge tomahawk motorcycle turns also? Like the segway.

Steering is controlled by a twist grip on the left handlebar, which simply varies the speeds between the two motors, rotating the Segway.

a vehicle like this with 4 steering tires would have great manuverability, but because there are 4 steering tires it would also be difficult to control at higher speeds
