To "give her," usually said "give 'er" means to do something to the max.
If it is sexual, also the above, but the way you wrote it , leaving out the 'it' which should go after the 'giving', could at a stretch mean anything, from her allergies really acting up, to somebody really letting her have it, verbally or physically.

If what you wrote, 'it is really giving to her' isn't just ghastly english on your part, or a mis-heard phrase, it can only be used as part of something way more complex, and could only be used to mean generosity of some kind, mistaken or otherwise.
