ex :
There is no way you can make that fly, like anyone would belive you were with a supermodel last night and thats why you missed the Star Trek Marithon.

well basically it means you can't make that work. like an outfit...basically it means no u can't make it work or no thats not going to happen
EXAMPLE:
You see an outfit that u like and u wanna get it so u ask your buddies about it and they say "you can't make that fly"
as in you can't pull that off or make that work.
See what i am saying?
It's just some slang for ya!
