There is a real weasel in my office & one of my close friends there has a real beef with him. It will all come to a head tonight when several office employees will attend a happy hour. My friend can take care of these guy easy but I feel compelled to assist. Should I get the guy outside and hold him while my friend can measure each shot as he works him over or should I just let them got at it?

You and your friend need to grow the "f" up. You should stay away from this unless you want to loose your job. As for your friend tell him to back off because it's your *** on the line not his. He has nothing to loose getting into a fight. You have everything. Not could you possible get fired for helping your idiot friend but also get assault charges on top of it.

u should tell each guy secretly that the other has a habit of getting an erection when being hit by other men, this should deter either from going anywhere near eachother ever again. though should they find out it could result in u being the one having ur head caved in, and therefore everybody learns something from this.

It would be better to get them to NOT fight.
Unfortunately the police tend to shoot first and ask questions later when it comes to drunken brawls - so unless you want to risk one them ending up shot dead, try to stop them.

tell him to keep his hands to himself!!! fighting is not going solve their problem, it will probably create more!!! Your friend could be arrested for assault, and even lose his job, if you "hold" this guy for your friend you could also be arrested. There are better ways to get even!!!
