There is a real weasel in my office & one of my close friends there has a real beef with him. It will all come to a head tonight when several office employees will attend a happy hour. My friend can take care of these guy easy but I feel compelled to assist. Should I get the guy outside and hold him while my friend can measure each shot as he works him over or should I just let them got at it?

If it's one on one stay out of it. If more jump into the fray and your friend is out numbered....then you have a reason to help.

You want to be arrested as an accessory to assault and battery? If so, go for it. You'll probably also be named in the lawsuit.

I think you should try to talk him out of it. If all else fails...stay out of it. You might get fired, and there's no point of you getting involved in that.
