It seems like the answer to this should be obvious, but...
My boyfriend thinks I'm pregnant because I've been very emotional lately, and that is very, very unlike me. But I just got off my period a little more than a week ago. I'm not displaying any other symptoms of pregnancy, I have been kind of nausious a few mornings, but every time it was the day after I hadn't had time to eat properly (didn't get enough calories) and I assumed that was the problem because the nausea went away when I ate breakfast and drank some water.
I know that sometimes women bleed a little when they are pregnant, but it was a very heavy period, lasting over a week. I couldn't possibly be pregnant after that, could I?

It is EXTREMELY rare to get your period and be pregnant, unless you have two eggs moving at one time it's highly unlikely. Its normal to have spotting but not a full period. If you're worried get a test but I would put lots of $ on the fact that you're not. Times of year really effect some women's moods so "this too shall pass". GOOD LUCK

You can still be pregnant, it happened to me. I had a full period and so did not think I was pregnant. Come to find out I was a month along. I even took a test and it came out negative.
