That depends on your career goals.

The doctorate is very important if you want to become a college professor.

Its rather unimportant if you wish to run a fast food joint.

Somewhere in between is where it changes from being darn near a waste of time to being necessary.

depends on ur job. if ur an artist...then no. but if ur in education then yes
