i was punched in the eye and have a black eye and my head hit a wall been fweeling sick and dizzy for 2 days now

The Symptoms of concussion are :
Pallor
headache
dizziness
nausea and vomiting
visual disturbances
drowsiness
leading to unconsciousness
It is important that you see your doctor or A&E
AS SOON AS POSIBLE
if ANY ( not nessesarily all ) ,
of the above symptoms develope , following a head trauma .
so go see your doctor or A & E now !

Go to your GP today otherwise straight to A & E. Sounds like you do have concussion. You also need to get your eye checked out .

when i had a concussion i felt very dizzy, had a really bad headache, was throwing up and couldn't see straight. you should probably go and get it checked out

Sue the kuffer who punched you, if you have witnesses, the more the merrier, and yes go to A&E as soon as you can

see your optician or neurologist, it could be raised pressure in skull which can lead to blindness or even death, NB that this is unlikely but you must rule out serious things 1st

get a medical review immediately. and if they say its ok try ALeve per package instructions.
