How ironic...You put something so extremely toxic into your system as cocaine, then you want to clean it out in a natural way!

Cocaine already makes it's way out of your system fairly quickly. If you are being given a hair/follicle test, you are screwed: prepare for being caught. If you are being given a urine test, 3-4 days after the last time you tooted should be enough for all traces of cocaine to be gone. Go to walgreen's spend 15 bucks on an at home test.

Many drugs and toxic materials can be flushed more quickly from your system if you take a lot of vitamin C. As much as a gram at a time, but check with a health professional to be sure.
Have a good look at your diet, too. Herbs and salads will help your system purify itself.
Put in lots of good exercise in the fresh air. This will help your liver and kidneys to work efficiently and help your system to detox quickly.
Drink plenty of pure water, preferably filtered.

DO NOT drink a lot of water!!!! you can die from too much water. it floods the brain and drops your blood sugar level.causes swelling of the brain and then you die. i was in a treatment program where a guy tried to flush his system for his drop and he died. If you're in a hurry,drink Gatorade.not poweraid or any other knockoff but Gatorade.lots of it. i drank about 4 to 5 32 oz. bottles within the three hours before a drop and came up clean every time--three times a week for 6 months. its high in sugars that keep your blood sugar level and you also pass an integrity test if they give you one to see if you flushed your system.most places don't give an integrity test but mine did. they can tell if you took anything to flush out or if you drank too much water. hope this helps and good luck!!!

You should go to one of them smoke shops where they sell pipes and all that good stuff.they have stuff there you can buy that will clean out your system within an hour incase you gotta go see your p.o. or something...hehe

drink lots of water or milk if you have,skimmed milk not fat, its the best for any intoxination.
it takes 6-8 weeks before it is completely out of your bloodsystem.
