Try some nail polish remover. I use it for the ink on my jeans.Saturate the garment stain and take a cotton ball and dab it on the ink . You will see the ink start lifting out of your clothes onto the cotton.

RE:
How do you get gel ink out of clothing that was dried with the ink pen?
Someone in my family left a gel pen in their pants pocket and it went undetected until we took the clothes out of the dryer. The clothes are ruined unless I can find a solution to this problem. Thanks.

Soak the clothes in plain old rubbing alcohol. Let them soak awhile. You can also lightly rub the stains with the alcohol. Rubbing alcohol is the best ink remover and will even remove permanent ink like Sharpie! It'll cost you just pennies and I betcha' you have some in your medecine cabinet... or you can buy it at the dollar store...

Well you can wet the clothes again and then try with Methylated spirit, this removes ink and grass stain´s .then if your lucky to remove the stain rinse with cold water straight away , before you wash

For all my difficult stain problems in my life, I've always used GOOP, usually can find it at walmart, or auto part store...
GOOP orignally made as hand cleaner for mechanics but you will see on the tub, that instructions say you can use it for any tough stains...and its environmentally safe..doesnt smell bad
