i always visit united state using my visa i have accont there which i transfer money to ,some of my friend also pay money to the account if i do anything for them at home,i have got some money there now and i need an advise on how i can use the money legally

Yes, you can buy a house. I can refer you to a realtor to help you however what is your credit rating, income e.g. Go to a bank with this info and get pre-qualified, see how much you qualify for. If you have any outstanding debts get rid of them.

If you have cash you don't have to go through the credit and prequalification. I will get you with a realtor that can help you.

If you have cash in your account already, you can buy a house and pay cash for it. You just need to contact a local national brokerage firm, ask them to show you houses next time you come, and make an offer through the broker. If you go with bigger brokerage firm like CB, they should be familiar with such transactions.
