Story-wise, I'd give it a 9. The movie could have been much better, but then there's so much pressure to get films into the can and out the door these days that there's no time for re-writes and editing. Plus you can only tell so much of a story or develop characters in under 2 hours.

Send you a free copy of the movie? Pay for it like anyone else!

0- a huge fat 0. i'm not disrespecting the undertaking remember. I fell asleep after 10 minutes into the element. a action picture has to seize me interior of 5 minutes to eight, in any different case the objective marketplace is lost. It replaced right into a political assertion based on the unconventional and previous due via the Academy to reward, and it is criticism as a critic. I very own over one thousand action pictures from the early 1900's to immediately so Brokeback Mountain is a a testimonial to branch of societal gateways.

THREE! Granted, I got to see Mr. Gyllenhaal but I've seen better movies that involve gay relationships. In this movie the couple barely had any relationship development (which you'd expect over a course of a couple of years), there wasn't a soft side to the couple, it was too long and it seemed like a whole lot of acting. There are people out there who SAY that they absolutely love it but I have a feeling that's just to prove to people how homosexual they are. However, I do like the shirt thing, so if you watch it look for the shirts... you'll understand at the end of the movie!

I'd give it an 8/10. It's a decent film, and a mainstream pioneer of it's type. Although there have been some lesser-known films dealing with similar subjects. It's pretty moving.

About an 8, very emotional, it hit close to home in regards to how Jack was killed. The short story was more compelling.
