Eco-tourism is a vacation that people take in order to see the natural things in the region such as animals or plantlife.

You could ask things such as:
what animals are native to Hong Kong?
Would you like to take a tour specialized for seeing these animals?
What plants are unique to this area?
What improvements do you think need to be made for the protection of these animals/plants?

Find out what they know, then ask things like... are you familiar with (insert name of specific animal and plant)?

Have you ever seen (insert) in real life?

Would you be interested in a tour that specialized in showing these animals/plants?

I am English and lived in Hong Kong for three years. One of the first things I noticed was the amount of pollution in the harbour, especially towards Causeway Bay.
Maybe one question you could ask is what could people do to help control the pollution in the water.
Sorry I've seen the answer below. Maybe mine is a little inappropriate but I still think that pollution enormously affects wildlife.
