I am looking for a cell phone company what would you guys recommend. Please help.

despite the fact I used to work for verizon wireless and they suck as an employer, their service is the best. well, their cell service is the best, their customer service can be spotty. they have great deals on phones though- if you keep a phone for 2 years, you get a $100 credit for a new one. I got their motorola GPS phone last summer for free that way. it's a premium service they have though- tmobile might charge $50 for 1000 minutes, but you can't use them because their service sux. I pay $500 for 450 mins with verizon but it's worth it because you get signal everywhere.

cricket free calls text 24/7 unlimited long distance $45 a month you get unlimited minutes thats free calls to any network cell phone or landline ive had cricket 7 months only 3 dropped calls

I've been with Verizon for about 4+ years now.. and almost everyone has Verizon. Think about it, unlimited mobile to mobile minutes.
Good phone signals, but the downside are dropped calls. But I can live with that..

I've had Cingular for 2 years and they have good rates and good customer service. I've never had any problems.

My whole family has Cingular. We found a great introductory plan that was cheap.

I use Cingular and it is good but I hear verizon is not bad either.

depends what companies are available in your area.
In my area, I recommend Cellular South.

I'D go with verizon i havn'nt had any problems w/ it and you get free minutes with other verizon people and almost everyone has it!-Good luck!
