I use mobile outlook on my PocketPC/cell phone, it is awesome!

I use my Outlook calendar at work. This would be ideal if I had a Blackberry to sync it to. Since I don't, I set reminders for myself to occur while I'm still in the office.
I also keep 3 paper calendars on the wall for the current month and the next two months so that I have a visual view. I make notes on those for visual cues too.

well I use one on line from one of my email addresses. That way I never lose the calender some where. It is always on the computer and in the small chance the computer gets messed up some how I have a little back up planner that looks like a notebook I keep with me as well.

I use the calendar in my head...probably not the best way to keep track of stuff, but whatever...I survive.
