I think it is rather sad that you've allowed it to get to this point and you are only hurting yourself. I pray that children aren't involved.
Do yourself a really big favor. Go to a local book store and by Dr. Laura's books called The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands and The Proper Care and Feeding of Marriage. Read them and follow her advice. I can tell you from personal experience that there is a lot of wisdom there than can help repair a marriage.
The only thing preventing you from being happy in this marriage is you. Think about it.

Sounds like you need out. No relationship is worth losing your own piece of mind. If they ever loved you now they will let you go. Good Luck.

sounds like you know what to do, now all you have to do is actually do it. Don't drag it out then it just takes longer to get on with your life. Good Luck

I pity you. You allowed the situation to pass the point of no return rather than proactively working on your relationship. Undoubtedly, you will repeat this mistake in future relationships.
